VIGAI Video Studio — vigai.online Last updated: August 29, 2026
This page explains how advertising-related data works on VIGAI and the choices you have about it — including your right to opt out of “sales,” “sharing,” and targeted advertising as those terms are defined by US state privacy laws. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Like most websites, vigai.online may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies from advertising and analytics partners (for example Google, Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms) to: measure how our ads perform, understand how visitors find and use our site, show you VIGAI ads on other websites and apps (retargeting), and reach new audiences who may be interested in AI video creation.
These technologies can collect identifiers such as cookie IDs, device and browser information, IP address, and the pages you visit on our site. We do not sell your account content — your projects, uploads, prompts, and rendered videos are never sold to or shared with advertisers.
Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws), you have the right to opt out of: the “sale” of your personal information, the “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and targeted advertising based on your activity across unaffiliated websites.
Using advertising cookies and pixels may qualify as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under these laws, even though no money changes hands. You can exercise your opt-out rights in the ways described below, and we honor them regardless of which method you choose.
Cookie settings on our site. Use the cookie banner or the “Cookie Settings” link in our footer to reject advertising and analytics cookies. Essential cookies that make the site and studio work (sign-in, security, saving your projects) cannot be disabled, because the Service does not function without them.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. If your browser or extension sends GPC, we treat it as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing for that browser automatically — no further action needed.
Email request. You can also opt out, or ask questions about your data, by emailing info@vigai.online with the subject line “Privacy Choices.” Include the email address associated with your VIGAI account if you have one. We may need to verify your identity before acting on certain requests, and you may use an authorized agent where your state’s law allows.
Platform-level controls. You can also limit ad personalization directly with the platforms that serve ads: Google (adssettings.google.com), Meta (Ad Preferences), and your device’s advertising settings (such as “Allow Apps to Request to Track” on iOS or “Delete advertising ID” on Android). Industry tools like the NAI (optout.networkadvertising.org) and DAA (optout.aboutads.info) opt-out pages cover many ad networks at once.
You will still see ads — including possibly ads for VIGAI — but they will no longer be personalized based on your activity on our site, and we will stop sharing your identifiers with advertising partners from that browser or device. Opt-outs are generally stored per browser and per device, so if you clear cookies or switch devices, you may need to renew your choice (GPC handles this automatically wherever it is enabled).
Opting out of advertising does not affect your VIGAI account, your credits, or any feature of the studio.
We will never deny you the Service, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised any of your privacy rights.
We do not use sensitive personal information for advertising, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. The Service is not directed to children.
