All purchases are final. Credit packs, subscription payments, and any other purchases on VIGAI are non-refundable. Please review what you are buying before you pay — every AI job in the studio also shows you its exact credit cost before it runs, so you are never charged without confirming first.
The only refunds VIGAI provides are the automatic credit refunds described in Section 2. This policy should be read together with our Conditions of Use.
1. How Credits Are Charged
Every credit-consuming action in the studio — AI video generation, voiceover, soundtrack, lip sync, transcription, and rendering — shows you the exact credit cost and your current balance before the job starts. Nothing runs, and nothing is charged, until you confirm. Credits are deducted only when a job completes successfully; while a job is processing, the cost is held but not yet charged.
2. Automatic Credit Refunds (the only refunds we give)
You never pay for a job that didn’t deliver. Your credits are automatically returned to your balance, in full, when:
a generation or render fails for any reason; you cancel a job while it is still in progress; or a job times out without completing.
These credit refunds are automatic — no support ticket needed. If you believe a failed job consumed credits anyway, or a hold was not released, email info@vigai.online with the approximate time of the job and we will correct your balance. If a completed output is technically defective (for example a corrupted file), contact us and we will re-run the job or return the credits — as credits, not money.
3. What Is Not Refundable
Everything else. In particular:
Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, whether or not the credits have been used. Unused credits are not redeemable for money. Subscription payments are non-refundable once billed; you can cancel anytime to stop future billing, and your plan benefits continue until the end of the paid period. Completed AI jobs are delivered services — credits spent on a job that completed successfully are consumed, including when the creative result was not what you hoped for. AI output varies by prompt, and the cost preview before every job exists so you can decide before you spend. Promotional, bonus, or free credits have no cash value under any circumstance.
Credits are not legal tender, have no cash value, and are non-transferable.
4. Consent at Purchase
By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you are buying digital content and services delivered immediately, that all sales are final, and — where you are in a jurisdiction with a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right for digital purchases — that you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any such withdrawal right to the extent the law permits.
5. Chargebacks
Disputing a charge with your bank instead of contacting us may result in suspension of the associated account while the dispute is open. If something went wrong with a billing event, email us first — genuine errors on our side are always corrected.
6. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or state. Where such laws grant you a remedy this policy does not, the law prevails.
